On the bases of our customer’s goodwill, we have created a policy that not only provides you an on-time delivery but also takes responsibility to pay the refund for any mistakes that may occur at the time of delivery.

Our refund Policy

We always try to provide you a proper delivery with our courier partners. If in any case, you do not accurately get your delivery, you may claim for refund by contacting us via email and live chat.

Here are some conditions under which you may file and receive a refund:

Cancellation

If in case of any reason, you want to cancel your order, you may do it within 3 hours of payment before the order is sent to the shipping department.

No reception

If you do not receive your order within 21 days of payment processing, you can ask for a refund. But in the following cases, we don’t issue refunds.

  1. In case of address change
  2. In case of a wrong address given by you
  3. In unavailability of receiver

Damaged products

You can claim, refund if you get a damaged delivery of your product. We will surely take and immediate action on that.
